ARLINGTON, Va. – Plaintiffs and Defendants have reached a settlement-in-principle in the case of Thaddius Intravaia, et al., v. National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, et al (Case No. 1:19-cv-00973-LO-IDD). The parties expect to finalize a comprehensive settlement agreement and file a motion for preliminary approval by July 31, 2020. Parties have requested that all pending proceedings and deadlines be stayed.
